Individual Counselling & Therapy

Therapy for children, teens, and adults.
Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, grief, life transitions, or emotional and mental health challenges, we’re here to help.

Sessions are tailored to your needs, using approaches that best support your healing.

Trauma-informed, neuro-affirming care that goes beyond talking alone.
Available in person and online.

I work with children, teens, and adults, with experience supporting concerns related to child development and behaviour, anxiety, mental health concerns, stress, and trauma.

Building strong connection and trust is central to how I work. People often share that they feel understood and supported in our sessions. My approach is strength-based and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that each person carries important wisdom within themselves.

I bring knowledge of Métis and First Nations cultures, intergenerational trauma, and traditional ways of healing into my work, and strive to offer care that is respectful, culturally aware, and responsive.

My hope is always to offer a place where you feel safe enough to begin healing in your own way and at your own pace.
