Individual Counselling & Therapy

Therapy for children, teens, and adults.
Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, grief, life transitions, or emotional and mental health challenges, we’re here to help.

Sessions are tailored to your needs, using approaches that best support your healing.

Trauma-informed, neuro-affirming care that goes beyond talking alone.
Available in person and online.

I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, and the impacts of trauma. People who come to work with me, whether they are new to therapy or have tried counselling before, often bring a readiness to work more directly with trauma and deeper patterns.

People often share that they feel safe and truly understood in our work together. Sessions move at a slow, client-led pace, allowing space for reflection, integration, and real shifts over time.

My approach is grounded in trauma-focused, nervous system–informed care. Depending on your needs and goals, our work may include Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, art therapy, and other body-based approaches that support healing beyond words alone.

I work primarily with youth ages 10–18, supporting young people navigating anxiety, stress, identity, relationships, and the impact of difficult life experiences, including trauma. I’m especially passionate about supporting youth in care and those impacted by intergenerational trauma.

Youth often share that they feel comfortable, understood, and able to be themselves in our work together. Sessions offer a warm, compassionate space where you can move at your own pace and talk openly about what’s actually going on.

My approach is client-centred and draws from CBT, emotion-focused, and solution-focused practices. Sessions may also include art, play, and creative approaches to support expression and understanding. I focus on strengthening emotional regulation, building resilience, and supporting healthy relationships.

Currently, I am completing EMDR training, and accepting adult clients for EMDR specific therapy.

I work with children, teens, and adults, supporting clients navigating anxiety, overwhelm, big emotions, and the impact of trauma or difficult life experiences.

People often share that they feel seen, understood, and at ease in our work together. Creating a space where you can show up just as you are is central to how I work. Sessions are calm, supportive, and move at a pace that feels safe. You can expect care that supports self-awareness, emotional expression, and personal growth.

As an art therapist, I support clients in exploring thoughts, feelings, and patterns through creativity, mindfulness, and body-based practices, especially when words feel hard to find. If art isn’t for you, that’s completely okay — we’ll always work in ways that fit for you.
