Individual Counselling & Therapy
Counselling/Psychotherapy promotes positive growth, well-being, and mental health, with sessions designed to help you better understand yourself and communicate with your world. The work we do is person-centered, based on each person’s strengths, and the approaches we use are designed to meet your needs. So, despite our Valley Art Therapy name, this means that not every client we see does ‘Art Therapy’, as there may be other approaches that are more comfortable or a better fit for the client. Individual counselling can help to support you through difficult times and with difficult emotions, and is available for children, teens, adults, and seniors. Sessions are typically 50-minutes, with sessions offered in-person and online.
